CAROC Annual Banquet

Our annual CAROC banquet will take place at 6:30 pm on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Pescatore Palace, 3400 North River Road, Franklin Park, IL 60131. The cost for the dinner will be a total of $50 per person and will include the following served family style:

• Focaccia & Brushchetta with cocktail hour
• Antipasto with assorted salumi & gairdiniera
• Fried Calamari
• Rigatoni with Tomato Basil Sauce - al dente
• Italian salad with mixed greens tomato & olives
• Vistecchina ai ferri (grilled beef tenderloin) with mushroom sauce
• Chicken Vesuvio
• Vegetables: roast potato, green beans with oil/garlic
• Dessert: Nocciola gelato and assorted pastries
• Coffee: espresso/cappuccino/regular
• Dinner Wines: Chianti and a Pinot Grigio
